GENERAL PRACTICE IS OPEN DURING COVID-19
PLEASE WEAR A FACEMASK OR FACECOVERING WHEN ATTENDING THE SURGERY
We are open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm to answer your calls and deal with all of your queries.
Telephone appointments can be made with the doctor of your choice for a future date, or you can speak to a doctor on duty on the day that you call.
If you would like to be seen in person, you will need to speak to a doctor first who will then arrange an appointment for you to come in to the surgery.
Many appointments such as antenatal care, baby vaccinations and regular medication injections are going ahead as normal - let the receptionist know which type of appointment you require.
Blood tests, heart tracing and blood pressure checks are now going ahead for those with long-term health conditions or on certain medications.
We have strict hygiene control measures in place to ensure that your visit to Medigroup is safe and efficient. Social distancing and PPE protocols will be adhered to at all times.
***Remember, if you feel unwell or have any unusual or worrying symptoms, don't wait, call your GP for advice***

If you have any symptoms of a cough or a cold, do NOT leave your house and stay separate from anyone else in the house with you.
For those at greater risk e.g. older people or those with chronic lung or heart conditions, we advise that you isolate yourself from other people. However, it is very important to stay in touch with your friends and family by phone or text.
This is a worrying time for everyone, but by staying apart we will fight this together.
